- Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate 17.5 mg
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 10 mg
- Pyroxidine HCL (Vitamin B6) 10 mg
- Folic Acid 200 mcg
- Methyl Cobalamine (Vitamin B12) 250 mcg
- Zinc Lactate (Elemental) 21.5 mg
- Tri-Methyl Glycerine HCL 375 mg

- Caution: contains Pyroxidine (Vitamin B6) and zinc.
