There may be possible interactions with anti-retroviral, chemotherapy and immunomodulatory supplements.
There may be theoretical interactions with anti-hypertensive and anti-diabetic medication, requiring a possible reduction in the dosage of these medications.

Safety and/or efficacy in pregnancy and lactation has not been established. Avoid using.
