Premular is a natural medicine clinically proven in patients to relieve Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) symptoms including irritability, anger, altered mood, headache, bloating and breast fullness. Premular’s ingredient Chaste tree is traditionally used to regulate the menstrual cycle and reduce symptoms of menstrual irregularities.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains extract equivalent to dry: Vitex agnus-castus fruit 180mg.
Also contains Extract of Chaste tree.
Warnings
Contains lactose.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet with water, 1 hour before or after meals, preferably at the same time of the day or as directed by your healthcare professional. For best results take Premular for 3 months minimum. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
